Within two years, he rose to service manager and transitioned into sales, ultimately spending nearly nine years with the company.
Following that success, Larry joined Ryder Material Handling as Regional Parts Manager. What was intended as a brief position turned into a thriving career: he quickly rose through the ranks to lead Business Development—one of the most strategic roles in the organization’s growth initiatives.
